Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Specialist
I bring hands-on experience in conducting evaluations using a range of methodologies, with a strong emphasis on both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. I have worked with theory of change development, applied evaluation case studies, and effectively communicated findings to inform project design and improvement. I am also an alumna of the International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET), where I enhanced my skills in evaluation principles, quantitative analysis, and the development of monitoring and evaluation systems within organizations. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Evaluation at the Universität des Saarlandes, further strengthening my academic and practical foundation in the field. and improvement.

I am a certified outcome harvester with the certification from RDS Consulting Ltd-Goele Scheers which enhanced my skills and knowledge in designing and conducting evaluations utilizing outcome harvesting methodology.
My Background
I hold a diverse background ranging from product market research, social entrepreneurship focused research, monitoring systems and tools development, data management, learnings gathering, utilization, and disseminations along with evaluations.
I have held different positions with The Challenges Group which is a management consulting firm, Partners in Health-Rwanda an international organization, and World Resources Institute mainly focusing on research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
I have experience in conducting consultancy evaluations that focus on social entrepreneurship, community development, coffee value chain, circular economy, and food systems in general.
